Keto Diet Recipes App

Firstly, you can't even have a look of the app without charging you. So I thought, alright, I got 3 months one, because of the reviews! So it proceeds to charge me, but it won't even let me log in. It just keeps telling me that logging in failed and try again. What a waste of money! I'm asking for a refund!!!

Unfairly charged AUD$85.65 after cancelling the subscription 6 months prior.

Upon launching this app you are obliged to accept the 3 day free trial then bee charged $60 per year! As I have no today on this sort of forced subscription I have cancelled immediately and delete this app from my phone. This is not free to use...

I allowed a subscription of $6.99 for one month to see what it was like - could not open the app without “upgrading” which subsequently SUSCRIBES you for a full year at $69!!! DO NOT COME BACK AT ME AND SAY “YOU CAN CANCEL ETC AS YOU KNOW DAMN WELL THIS IS A SCAMMISH WAY TO GET PEOPLE STUCK AND MOST PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET REFUNDED” ***YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND IM REPORTING YOU TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS*** *****For anyone else who has been duped like I was you can request a refund through Apple Support and your money should be returned***** This App should be removed

I signed up believing I had 3 days to trial the app, at no cost. This is a farce! They charge you for a full year subscription even though you try to cancel it before the 3 days is up. Rip off!

Every time I have updated the app it just freezes or crashes on me. Pretty temperamental app. While it’s a good app but this makes me avoid carrying on with it. This app keeps crashing and it’s a total waste of money

Worst app ever . 59 dollars a year for absolutely nothing. Cannot access any recipes at all. If it does not start working I will be making a big complaint.

I have a year subscription, every time I try to use the app it asks me to subscribe again and when I cancel out of it it’s like all good heres the free version, where’s what I paid for?? The meal plans?? There’s no other way of contacting the company and I want me damn money back if all I’m using is a free version!!! Oh and it constantly crashes my phone!!!

They did not explain that the trial was only three days and then they would hit you with $59 as subscription fee..I have requested a refund and no reply? Be aware... haven’t even used one recipe

Thank you so much for this app it has explained everything that I have to to be on Keto and the food and recipes. This is the BEST app I have found on Keto. Recommending this to all my family and friends 🤗🤗👍👍
