Best health scam I’ve seen in a long time. I spent $200AUD on this and the 1st step to sync FAILS over and over. I sent a message to the support team who swiftly told me ‘we can’t help you as we don’t offer tech support in your country’. Why isn’t this included BEFORE purchase info? Why won’t they let me refund or replace? This toy didn’t used to have an app so I’m told by previous users and SO MANY people in my ‘keto-club’ have the same issue too now. But they have my $$ and I have a toy that doesn’t work and can’t be replaced. Ive written a review to WARN others. DON’T buy as it’s totally unreliable.
Very basic - barely useful
Only just gives you what is read on the meter screen anyway.
Also Ridiculous that you then need to pay more to subscribe to a third party health app to make it useful, this is not known until after you buy the Bluetooth connector and set it up.
Developers- To improve the app and make it useful it should be able show a trend graph displaying history of daily readings and also should have the ability to put your own daily notes in it so that you can get to know how food changes in your diet effect your readings and thus give you the power to make better decisions.
When will iOS Heath app be supported?
Need the Heath app to be supported for this to be 100% useful.

Not user friendly
I have a brand new iPhone 14. This app does not sync most of the time. Is extremely difficult to navigate through doesn’t seem to keep my readings. I am highly disappointed and unfortunately I bought two and threw away the boxes. Otherwise I would be returning them.

Log in EVERY TIME
I have not figured out how to stay logged in. It requires me to log in and upload/sync the data every time I use it. It’s useable sure, but very frustrating doing it every time.
