Die App ist jeden Cent wert! Habe so einiges ausprobiert, aber diese App gefällt mir besonders gut. Hübsch gestaltet, leicht zu bedienen, umfangreicher Funktionsumfang, wertvolle Hilfestellungen und Tipps zur ketogenen Ernährung, Tracker und tolle Statistiken. Die Rezepte sind sehr lecker und lassen sich leicht nachkochen. Eigene Mahlzeiten und eigene Produkte lassen sich leicht hinzufügen. Deutsche Produkte sind nicht ganz so umfangreich, können aber selbst nachgetragen werden. Tolle App!

The free version has everything I needed to successfully switch to a keto diet: Meal tracker with huge ingredient database, weight tracker, goal-setting function, nutrient overview and more. The blog with recipes and knowledge articles is very helpful as well.
Familienfreigabe funktioniert nicht
Ich hab die App vor Jahren gekauft, bevor es zum Abo-Modell gewechselt ist. Die Vollversionsfeatures sind damit für mich eigeschaltet. Leider funktioniert damit aber zumindest bei mir nicht die Familienfreigabe.
