This keto app is amazing, lots of info. to help. It’s easy to navigate around and choose what works for you. The recipes are incredibly easy and the food tastes great! I’m not going to ever need any other app again. Thank you to the creators!

Good app but improvements and content have stalled

This used to be an amazing app because of ongoing improvements and an ever expanding recipe database plus regular addition of articles to the blog. The app continues to be solid and extremely useful, and fortunately there are good tools to add your own recipes to the database if you have the time. It’s a shame the developers and content creators seems to have lost enthusiasm …

I was an early subscriber and now I have to subscribe all over again to see my saved recipes??? I loved your site but now I see that I’m being asked to subscribe all over again….VERY disappointing. Shame on you, you needed us in the early days and now apparently you don’t feel that you do?

Hey Keto people, Just wanted to let you know that I love the app. Following a clean diet has kept me on track to get to my goal weight. I started at 190 but now I am 176. My goal is to reach 165 lbs.
