I am beginner in exercise, due to COVID-19 , I am staying all the time at home and gain fat I need to do exercise and I find this app This help me a lot as a beginner No hard

Simple awesome app.

Good app for home

Love that it walks you through a range of exercises. Makes for an interesting workout.

Great app

This workout is great for those days when you don't want to think about your workout. Just open the app and let it do the thinking. If you do it correct you will be standing in a puddle of sweat after you run through it 4 or 5 times.

awful app. won't pay a cent for it!

1. voice on app is annoying and patronizing. 2. provides general written instructions which isn't sufficient because kettlebells are dangerous if exercises not done properly with strict form. 3. exercises and voice over not properly synced.

Overpriced

For 4.99 plus in app purchase there should be ZERO adds. Every time I hit the back arrow I have to see an add. Ridiculous. Way better fitness apps for a lot less $ out there.
