Glad I found this app, it’s useful for creating and keeping track of a decent kettlebell routine. Others have indicated that more variety in exercises and more flexibility within the app would be useful- I completely agree. While I can add exercises myself in the app I’d also like to see more full body exercises such as the Turkish Get-Up added and some more leg exercises (lunges for example). Having an automatic rep progression would be useful too. Even if the Developer doesn’t change anything I’ll continue using it, it’s been a useful addition to my workouts.
The app is limited in capabilities. For example, creating a circuit workout is not really doable because it makes you have rest periods between every exercise and set. It doesn’t allow you to set it to zero between exercises in a circuit with a rest period at the end. It also has a limited exercise database so you have to create many of the exercises in your program. I paid for the app. This is a great start but I’d like to see the features built out more.
I’m new to using a kettlebell and I find the exercises very straightforward. I started with 10ths and will upgrade later
Great app easy to follow
Please add a “Turkish get-up” this is a basic exercise. Also please add a Pause button during exercises, and ability to skip exercise. For example I need to make a break and closed the app, so I won’t press done, done, done until I catch up where I left the workout. And there is no warm up exercises. …and there are glitches when you are trying to set the number of sets and exercises when you build your custom workout.
Kettlebell workouts are great
Not fancy but doesn’t need to be. I like the format and the setup. Only dislike is a somewhat limited amount of exercises. Would be nice to see more variety but otherwise it keeps me on track and able to get a workout in efficiently. I’d say 3.5 -4 stars.
Great basic summary of what a workout should be
Best app ever! I downloaded this app and the dumbbell app i see a lot progress from using both apps. Please upgrade both apps and add more exercise.
