اخذو فلوسي بدون مايرجعونها
موظف ظهرة لبن اسأل الله ان يمحق رزقك ولا يبارك لك لا في مالك ولا ولدك زي ما اخذتو فلوسي ولا رجعتوها بسبب غلط منك انت مو مني وكذبك حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيك
انصح بعدم التعامل معهم
استقلاليين تأخرت اربع ساعات حسبو علي يوم كامل مع التامين شامل طيب خلو الدراهم تكون عندكم رصيد اذا جيت استاجر الله لا يسامحكم

شركات التأجير طايحين على حركة والي هي. يعرضون عدة سيارات من الحجم العادي مثل اليارس ،او الاكسنت او الشيري والخ.. موديل ال٢٠٢٣ وال٢٢ وبسعر جدا ممتاز وتقوم بتأكيد الطلب وتدفع . وعن نفسي دايم اخلي الاستلام من المطار لاني اجي من منطقة ثانية طيران . انصدم بعد الوصول ان بالاساس كله كذب . السيارة الي بتكون جاهزة لك هي البيقاس ٢٠٢٤ او i10 ووش العذر عشان يكذب عليك الموظف. راح يقولك السيارة الي انت طالبها مو متوفرة حاليا او بالمستودع يبيلها ساعات لين تجهز. لكن لانك دافع حبينا نعطيك الافضل لان الموديل الي انت طالبه ٢٠٢٣ او ٢٢. نبغى نعطيك البيقاس ٢٠٢٤ او i10 وتنجبر تكمل اجراءات الحجز اذا انت عندك شغله مهمه

تجربة سيئة للغاية مع موظفي مطار أبها عند استخدام تطبيق المفتاح. بعد انتظار دام ساعتين ونصف، لم يتم تسليمي السيارة رغم أنني دفعت القيمة كاملة مقدماً. تم خصم يوم كامل من قيمة الإيجار بسبب بقاء ثمانية أيام فقط على انتهاء الرخصة، بينما كان حجزي لمدة ثلاثة أيام فقط. لم يتم توضيح هذه الفترة الزمنية اللازمة لانتهاء الرخصة في الموقع. تطبيق المفتاح فشل في تقديم الخدمة المطلوبة، وتعامل الموظفين وخدمة العملاء كان مخيباً للغاية. I had a very bad experience with the staff at Abha Airport when using the Al-Miftah app. After waiting for two and a half hours, I was not given the car even though I had paid the full amount in advance. A full day was deducted from the rental value because there were only eight days left until my license expired, while my booking was only for three days. This required period for the license expiration was not clarified on the website. The Al-Miftah app failed to provide the required service, and the behavior of the staff and customer service was very disappointing.

برنامج جدا سيء و شركة جدا سيئة يربطون العميل و ما يتساهلون معه ابدا ولا في اي مرونه با التعامل بس يهمهم سحب الفلوس بدون اي مراعات
THE APP DOESN’T EVEN FUNCTION WELL.
I’ve been trying to pay and make a booking in this app for consecutive days but the transaction never pushes through, wether you use you MADA, VISA, MASTERCARD, or APPLE PAY
