Shipping sent via DHL which doesn’t ship where I live. Minimal and unhelpful responses to emails. Without device, app is not worth it. Food tracking is too limited for extended use.

Love the pen and this will help to keep me on track but the app keeps crashing after every test. There are no updates available right now to help this.

Garbage product. Company doesn't stand behind their FAULTY piece of junk. Last year I would have wholeheartedly given it a solid 5 stars. However, after months of back and forth between customer service because it stopped working --it tells my phone "acetone is detected in the air" every single time--and I'm told it's not covered under warranty??? Less than 9 months after purchase and I technically only used it for 3-4 months (maybe 100 breaths). I would not recommend. Wait for a better product from a better company!

This app was free, now it’s an overblown 49.99 a month...

The only reason I’m not giving it five stars because of the lengthy warm up process for the breathalyzer. Great app otherwise.

This has been the most useful tool for me in my journey into healthy eating. Living low carb has become much easier! I now know what foods I can eat in moderation and maintain ketosis. My blood sugars are more stable, lots of energy and BP is normal again. Keyto helps you to stay on track!

The product works well, however, why is an account required just to take breath measurements? The app could provide such measurements without an account login. What are you doing with our private and sensitive data? A login should not be required, especially after cancelling the subscription, unless of course you’re selling our personal info or are tracking our behaviours? I’ll give 5 stars when you give us back our privacy!

Thanks to Keyto, I finally know how my body is responding to my diet right now! It’s a powerful course correction tool. I’m a newbie to the tool but not to Keto lifestyle attempts. It’s very motivating to see my Keyto level multiple times per day and manage my food choices accordingly. Thanks to the team at Keyto and the spark of genius that brought this tool to market. Being new to Keto diet it was difficult to determine what I was doing wrong. The Keyto provided great feedback to help guide my dietary choices. Excellent product.
