Delivery guy didn’t call or message to say where he is , when I tried calling him , he drove off and my money was refunded into my account as he cancelled my order.

Very disappointed with this app and its support. I ordered delivery but never received my food. When I went to the store, they told me to contact support for a refund since the driver (which they outsource to Uber) stole the order. Despite multiple attempts to reach out over months, I’ve received no response, and when I called, the staff hung up. I no longer care about the money—I've accepted it's lost—but I’m sharing this to warn others. I’m also speaking with a big South African TikTok influencer who has agreed to help spread the word
App doesn’t work and when it does, the restaurant doesn’t have the order in stock. Why have the option to order on the App when it’s not available in store?
Good day I had every bad experience with KFC south beach Durban KwaZulu-Natal we had to wait for our meat about 2 to 3 hours with your staff working very slowly Regards Angry customer
I ordered online it was around 19:05 at kfc winkelspruit amanzimtoti, 19:30 they cancelled my order and refunded me stating they are closing at 20:00, yet my order was placed… horrible service
The app isn’t easy to navigate when you have an active order, there is no option, at all to see progress of your order, they send you smsz and emails instead.
So far with KFC the service has always been awesome. Thank u
This App needs some serious maintenance. It’s slow and have to do the same order 3 times over before it accessed it! Waist of time!!!
It is really frustrating that I had to go the this process in order to get the most basic order! I ordered via your app. My order was streetwise 04, mini loafs, passion fruit krusher & a chocolate milkshake. Only when I completed the order, mintes later your Southway Branch’ s ice cream machine is broken. Tell me how is that my problem as a customer if you’re not going to mark your products unavailable until you sort yourself out?! Furthermore you can’t even transfer my order to another branch!!!! As a service provider, you never say no to a customer when it comes to service delivery because it is your own misleading fault! We have all worked in hospitality, if it means running across the road and getting what the customer wants so be it, actually that’s hot it done!!! It is another case when a customer takes the initiative to actually log a call to you seeking assistance. How do you turn them down? So much for such a big brand to easily turn their customers down. You are failing your customers by not even lifting a finger in assisting them!!!!
Not happy with the constant cancellation after almost an hour of waiting for my order 😔
