The official KFC South Africa app lets you order your KFC favourites in a number of ways:
• Order online on the app for quick collection/pickup at your nearest KFC
• Delivery available from selected KFC restaurants
• Depending on your nearest KFC, choose between picking up in-store (from the front counter), or collection via the Drive-Thru (where available)
• Contactless payment: To protect you and our team, please consider paying online for a faster and fully contactless experience
• Or, buy someone a KFC digital gift voucher sent straight to their phone
When you are ready to collect your food, complete the "check-in" request from your phone so that your food is prepared hot ‘n fresh. Just show your order number at the pick-up counter or drive-thru window to collect your order.
Simply register an account to start browsing the KFC delivery or collection menu and you’ll be enjoying our original recipe chicken in no time. Plus, get access to online exclusive deals you can only get through the KFC South Africa app.

The updated app is a mess

The recent update is a downgrade from the old app. You cannot track the order delivery progress or contact the driver in app. No real time updates on your order or the functionality to chat with the driver on app, the app literally redirects you to your sms app to chat to the driver 😅

After the updated version for the new modern look when selecting the payment method you get a message saying ‘oops something went wrong try again later’ what’s the use of ordering for delivery if you cannot get to the payment screen?
