How do I get a refund? This app doesn’t work. There is no sound to anything. I have checked the settings, restarted the app and restarted my phone but there is still no sound. Disappointed 😔 I really wanted this to work for my son.

We really like this app, especially the puzzles, the tracing and the daily activities. We were having trouble accessing to the full content of the app, but we reached out to the support email. They were very fast/helpful/polite and helped me to gain access again. Thank you so much guys. I know if I need help again I’ll have it. We will keep enjoying the app :)

Bad customer support

Got charged twice and the app is still in trail mode. Emailed support got no answer. Would not recommend. Nothing resolved, contacted support multiple times. This app is bad, save your money. Still waiting for a refund.

Paid Membership not working

c12v12 on

United States

I’ve downloaded the app for my daughter, and it will not us access to the full app and games. I’ve paid twice for this membership once under my email address and once under her Apple ID. I sent an email asking for assistance and pics of what we see when in the app and on the website. This is really frustrating.

Poor subscribers experience

okaydkb on

I have subscribed this app in last week but still I am unable to get all the modules. It’s still running in 14 days trial mode. In case if this issue is not fixed in next 3 days, I have to unsubscribe
