For whatever reason the volume is not working on this app

My son is ASD Level 1 and we love the app. Works great on my phone, but the app doesn’t have any sound on his iPad! The volume and music buttons are clicked, but there’s no sound. I’d love for him to be able to access on the bigger screen.

This app is truly amazing my daughter was diagnosed with autism non verbal 2 years ago but with this app my baby has been saying her alphabet numbers matching things etc this app definitely helped my baby.

I spent over 20 hours of my life and day trying to figure out how to play the app. I struggled severely. Make the game easier for me and my son

I love this app cause it helps me learn I have high functioning autism I’m 37 years old I have a brain damaged the center path of my brain it helps me with fine motor skills

No sounds

How do I get a refund? This app doesn’t work. There is no sound to anything. I have checked the settings, restarted the app and restarted my phone but there is still no sound. Disappointed 😔 I really wanted this to work for my son.

my mom, just got this game for my brother and he doesn’t play it because he’s so busy playing YouTube kids😡 all he watches is “you gabba gabba”. he doesn’t even watch ANYTHING but that, and when I say ANYTHING I mean it. he doesn’t even want to play this app, and I think he should. because he is in summer school, but he doesn’t care... peace✌🏾
