“So many helpful recipes that are easy and for the whole family! Plus the free food activities are so easy to give ideas on how to help your kids try a food. We use the banana muffin and peanut butter and jelly muffin recipes weekly! It’s also nice that the filters in the recipe section allow you to adjust for food allergies, the time it takes to cook them, or also by ingredients. If you want low sugar recipes they have them or fruit sweetened ones too. Plus they are always adding new ones!”
