I was promised 1 week free trial and instead I was charged for the whole month. These guys are thugs.

After you input all your info such as your email, password and your kid’s age you can’t access anything unless you subscribe to it, which is not free!!!! I’m so upset right now! So misleading
What is going on?
This app won’t open or let you play any videos. It keeps buffering. I could not get back to the home page when it freezes. I tried reinstalling, powered off and back on and it just goes right back to buffering or freezing when I try to play a video. I don’t even see where to cancel subscription. I hope someone gets in touch to help resolve this issue.

You guys answer to someone who said your app is good, but put one star. But not to us??? Need an explanation, you ask our emails and stuff. But we gotta pay to watch????
