I’ve not signed up to this accident download and still taking money and I’m not using it and can’t cancel I’ve. Have contacted apple there’s nothing there. End to say I’m being charged but. I’ve beeen charged numerous times

I was really excited about the app for my 5 years old daughter but after I payed 5£ for the app it worked fine for few days and after stopped working and asked for subscribe , i don’t see way you have to pay if you have to subscribe anyway? I’ve tried to subscribe and didn’t work even if it said that it’s free for 2 weeks ☹️
