Kindlife has all my favourite products and every time they launch a new product, they do something cool on their app which I totally look forward to. Their k-beauty products are my go-to when it comes to skincare. Definitely recommend purchasing from kindlife :)

I tried to order an item but due to technical issue from this application end, they updated the old address where i don’t live anymore. Within a minute, u raised the request to get it change, ticket was raised to get it resolved within 24 hours from the support team. It is already 72 hours with 10 tickets raised and no changes made and no support team has got in touch to help get it updated. They won’t refund or cancel the also due to failed business can’t lose the customers. Such a horrible experience and customer support.

I would not even give this app 1 start. Such a disgusting application and not even having a customer support only they tell us to chat on WhatsApp but their also the bot replies the same thing again and again. I ordered a product and I didn’t like it at all . And now I want to return it but their is no option of return. Only they are raising the ticket but its been more than 3 days no one followed up or called or mailed me for my concern. Very cheap and disgusting app ever I used. Shopy and all other small apps are worth to buy at least the look at our concerns. Those who are reading this review I request you not to purchase form this app. It was my first purchase from them and now I am regretting.

Its a ripe off

I have received shipment with missing product and just freebie was there inside and not the main product which was of high amount and customer care is not at all responding not even getting answers on email. Pls help if you read this review. Raised multiple tickets and no one replying on my ticket

I ordered Palmer’s lip balm and True frog leave in conditioner from them which were delivered through Flipkart. I cross checked the products authentic photos online with the products they sent me, and viola they dont match! They sent me counterfeit products. I cant even return them since its been more than 5 days, and i should have checked their authenticity immediately after receiving them. BEWARE THEY SELL FAKE PRODUCTS

The most important thing for an application is its integrity towards its customer and this app fails to deliver this. It has made so many false promises to seek attention of customers and while it comes to pay them back, it fails miserably.
