Trash help system
For a game that has a lot to do with competing for the highest points, they have glitches that wont add to the event and when you write a ticket about it, all they say is that you shouldn’t work on the event on the last TWO HOURS in case it doesn’t get tracked. They stay taking almost half a day to respond to a ticket— and their customer service don’t even read the whole ticket. Why ask for documentation of the issue when it’s not even being read? Your guys’ reading comprehension made one ticket take TWO WHOLE DAYS just to say the brews I bought are gone to waste because of an issue yall have on your end. Thats definitely the last time I’m purchasing for this game.
