Terrible customer service! Devs care about nothing but lining their pockets. They Do not listen to players! The game lags a lot, almost every event causes issues. And they decided to decrease the value of gems which people have paid real money for. Disgraceful. I Do not recommend!

For a game that has a lot to do with competing for the highest points, they have glitches that wont add to the event and when you write a ticket about it, all they say is that you shouldn’t work on the event on the last TWO HOURS in case it doesn’t get tracked. They stay taking almost half a day to respond to a ticket— and their customer service don’t even read the whole ticket. Why ask for documentation of the issue when it’s not even being read? Your guys’ reading comprehension made one ticket take TWO WHOLE DAYS just to say the brews I bought are gone to waste because of an issue yall have on your end. Thats definitely the last time I’m purchasing for this game.
Love the game, hate the bullies
Want to play a game where you can spend years of your life and hundreds of dollars, only to make a single small mistake because you weren't paying absolute attention to what you were doing, because you're tired from working, and have a stronger clan pummel you and whatever clan you're in, even though you apologized for your mistake? You request help from the game developers, over and over, only to have your reports/requests fall on deaf ears. Well this is the game for you! Join the increasingly frustrated masses and waste your time, energy and money on what used to be a great game to play.
DONT PLAY
stay as far away as possible from these garbage developers. It is extremely pay to win. This game is based on war. Constantly. Everytime you load in the game the first thing that pops up is stuff they want you to buy. Which can be extremely annoying at times especially when your city is getting hit by a massive pay to win player. Even then they game isn’t strong enough to with stand being hit so you will have to lag out and watch everything you’ve worked hard for be gone in minutes. And guess what? After you lose everything and have to restart. The game starts flashing more stuff for you to buy to recover months is not years of work. ATA only cares about people who spend thousands. They will not respond to regular people whatsoever.
Great game but …
Discord managers given full authority over the game. These managers act like bullies. I was a big spender but quit due to discord managers.. if they don’t fix this game will go south soon.
The game is pretty good
Until it glitches on you and everything disappears and it won’t let you do anything it won’t let you talk to anyone to figure it out to fix it. I was doing it for crossover for a different game. And I was gonna be level 18 but then it glitched.

I keep having to re install app it glitches so bad to the point everything disappears and it’s blank. The only way to fix is to re-install but it keeps happening
