Low budget - ugly graphics & server lag
There might be a good game underneath but the graphics are very bad. The 3D art and gameplay (heroes, fights) look downright ugly (and blocky), it feels like playing a game from 15 years ago. Don’t know why you have to download 6GB (on high quality settings) for this amateurish and low effort 3D graphics. Besides, there is constant and annoying server lag (despite choosing a server from my own region) that makes the game unplayable. Even the most basic actions (heroes just moving on the map) trigger waiting times while the game checks for the connection. It’s never a good sign when servers are not properly maintained. Doing the daily quests under these conditions quickly becomes a very long chore. And the rewards are peanuts. Hoping for the fabled 2.0 revamp ...
