Not bad!
Have only used it once, but it’s a neat idea.
I would like to suggest adding “overwhelm” to the list of emotions, as I think it’s quite common and also “hobbies” to the list of activities.
The voice recognition isn’t as tight as I’d like it to be, it gets a lot wrong, but I can understand it’s not an easy thing to fix considering the amount of accents and dialects out there (I’m British and say things like “wanna” for “want to”)
I think I’ll just stick to the voice logs, but worry a little about privacy.
Theres also a limit to the amount of self-care options, not real meditation (5, 10, 15m options) and what’s there doesn’t have any sound.
Overall not bad, but definitely room for improvement.
