Great app
For a free app this is really good. Great that you can practice different breathing techniques, rates, and lengths of practice. Highly recommended

This app was recommended to me by my climbing coach. I’ve used it everyday since for 5 minutes and I immediately noticed how grounding it is. I’m a classic over-thinker so I either do 5 minutes on this app in the morning to remind myself to start the day being present or in the middle of the day when my thoughts get hectic and I need to centre myself. I have also started to notice how tight my body feels sometimes and I immediacy take a few breaths at the speed of the app on my own to relax. It’s brilliant 🙏🏻
Very simple to use but excellent benefits in calming (especially I’ve found during bereavement). Highly recommended.
Really helps with my anxiety
Brilliant for Tinnitus relief.
Love this app. Uncomplicated and perfect for quick, easy use.
Really good app not selling anything except practising to improve breathing. Really helpful if doing CBT
Tried a few free apps and this is worth the small fee. It’s easy to use. Easy to change settings and nice variety of options to change noise/voice/combo etc.
I am submitting this review after only having this very promising app on my iPhone 11 & Apple Watch S5 for a couple of days. Unlike a previous reviewer I find both the breathing rates available and the choice of accompanying sound effects very welcome and much appreciated. But my review title mentions the fact that I find this very good app “flawed”... That flaw for me is the omission to include the very important instruction how to breathe “correctly”, that is: Breathe in through the nose (filters and warms air before it enters the lungs), and breathe out through the mouth (expels carbon dioxide and unused oxygen from the lungs faster and more efficiently). As both a nurse and someone who prides himself on taking the best care possible of his health (including mental health which is helped greatly by “mindful breathing”) I welcome any tool I find genuinely useful into my healthcare toolbox... And this app is most definitely a very welcome addition to my armoury of weapons against ill-health, both physical & mental. Please app developers consider adding correct breathing tips in a future update. Thank you all giving us this genuinely useful and essential app, I am looking forward to many hours of calming breathing sessions using it.
Bought this mainly for my daughter to use but it won’t work through family sharing and there is zero help so I’ve spent £3.99 for nothing....
