Want to be able to make payments on this app and u can’t only full amounts not deposit amounts wanted on random days u have to go online told this would be updated soon no update s since I loaded this three months ago
App has glitches, never loads properly. Have faced problems numerous times for changing power hour. No option to edit payment method on the app.
As a landlord who lives overseas and supply power for my tenants, i need to have access to the app or at least the website to make payment and also keep track of what was used but impossible while being overseas. Been sending email with no response either

The app seems to glitch out quite frequently and changing the HOP is always a risk it won’t ‘save’ even though it’s showing, which means sometimes I spend more money on power than at my old company. Would be awesome for HOP to automatically apply to the hour of greatest power (in the applicable time periods).
I like to use this app as an example to my software engineering colleagues as to why the extra expense is justified in creating a native app over a mobile webpage. This ‘app’, of course, is the latter. From glitchy controls (try changing the HoP smoothly), to data frequently just straight up not loading, or being insanely delayed compared to the website, it is almost always quicker and easier to login to the desktop website. Please, just rewrite this thing natively; it’s painful to use. You’ve got fantastic power plans though so I’ll be sticking around! :)
The app functions well but it’s clear you have the ability to apply the free hour to the hour you use the most power in day by day. By keeping it gamified people will regularly be missing out on substantial savings - I worry you’ve chosen to do this on purpose? That would be average.
Best power company ever! Love the app because it is so easy to use and informative. LOVE free HOP....have saved heaps of money!
The phone app is great. I requested last year that you automatically apply the free hour to the hour (outside of peak) during which we use the most power, therefore saving us the effort, and avoiding the loss when we forget to set the HoP on our app. There is no reason you can’t do this.
