I don’t know how you’ve done it, maybe it’s due to using some cross platform libraries.. but on an iPhone there’s no autocorrect when using the “chat” which is some cross between email and almost chat, but nothing like a modern chat interface. It also just has weird formatting and new lines added that seem to come from nowhere. You offer broadband and power, but broadband is an afterthought to the app. There’s no usage tracking. There’s no peak bandwidth utilisation. That would be most useful to determine which plan would be best. The routers you supply don’t have that either. Power could also do with forecasting. You have an excellent team of forecasters. Get them to make a simplified model for the app. Alerting on forecast usage is much more useful than a threshold. Even recommending plans (given a high enough confidence) like you do yearly, but do it when people are in the app whenever you already have their attention. That would be much better.

I keep on uninstalling and installing the app as it glitches out quite frequently

Want to be able to make payments on this app and u can’t only full amounts not deposit amounts wanted on random days u have to go online told this would be updated soon no update s since I loaded this three months ago

App has glitches, never loads properly. Have faced problems numerous times for changing power hour. No option to edit payment method on the app.

As a landlord who lives overseas and supply power for my tenants, i need to have access to the app or at least the website to make payment and also keep track of what was used but impossible while being overseas. Been sending email with no response either

The app seems to glitch out quite frequently and changing the HOP is always a risk it won’t ‘save’ even though it’s showing, which means sometimes I spend more money on power than at my old company. Would be awesome for HOP to automatically apply to the hour of greatest power (in the applicable time periods).

I like to use this app as an example to my software engineering colleagues as to why the extra expense is justified in creating a native app over a mobile webpage. This ‘app’, of course, is the latter. From glitchy controls (try changing the HoP smoothly), to data frequently just straight up not loading, or being insanely delayed compared to the website, it is almost always quicker and easier to login to the desktop website. Please, just rewrite this thing natively; it’s painful to use. You’ve got fantastic power plans though so I’ll be sticking around! :)

The app functions well but it’s clear you have the ability to apply the free hour to the hour you use the most power in day by day. By keeping it gamified people will regularly be missing out on substantial savings - I worry you’ve chosen to do this on purpose? That would be average.

Best power company ever! Love the app because it is so easy to use and informative. LOVE free HOP....have saved heaps of money!
