Klarna | Pay your way

The previous app was apparently decommissioned and somehow forced me to install this one. Previous app was offering the same experience plus had widgets! Which they were very useful to me. I could tap to a store card on the widget itself rather than opening the app. But this new app does not support widgets apparently. Sadly it is a step back from the old one.

Won’t let me use Klarna on the sites I have used before!!!!

I have tried Klarna for flights and different things for months never works, always says “We couldn't verify your personal information” even though it’s been verified. I contacted customer support, was told I was verified. Just terrible service and app needs to be upgraded or something. How can so many people complain about the same thing without anything being done

It seems like this app is just fancy UI and do not provide any value. I tried to buy 2 times with their installments, but it always errors It refuses to show how much can I use, even though they know that. How I’m I supposed to use it then, just to try different amounts?? What a joke… Really disappointed about the lack of transparency, ai chat that replicate FAQs(like I did not read them beforehand ) I would recommend business owners to avoid it, as it’s useless

Was a happy Stocard user until Klarna shut it down and forced users to switch to their app which was bloated with features I didn't want. Wasn't happy that you were required to opt-in to certain tracking features and provide both mobile and email. Uninstalled, deleted Klarna account and found a more suitable loyalty card app that does the basics well without all the tracking.

I have currently ordered a SHEIN order over 550 euro, everything was all good up until Klarna decided to log me out of my account and now I have no way of logging on neither I have a way of paying for it now. Every time I try to log in there’s someone’s random phone number on it which is most definitely not mine or any of my relatives and no option anywhere to report it or change it!!! Don’t bother sending me letters that it’s not payed for if you’re not going to pick up my phone calls and solve the issue!

I was a Stocard customer, recommended the app to everyone and took all my loyalty cards and kept them there. Safely I thought. I am not impressed with Klarna. I liked Stocard - I went through the suggestion from Stocard to download Klarna app and went through the steps to transfer all the cards automatically (to be pulled over) but bottom line, that did not happen. Klarna customer Service are telling me that I now need to pull all the airlines, grocery, clothing, health store, book and shop cards to manually upload them to Klarna app, which keeps asking me for payment methods too! I don’t think so. It’s been major inconvenience as I probably no longer have half the physical cards. Klarna Not recommended by me.

Klarna acquired Stocard app. My cards are in the Klarna app now, but there’s no Apple Watch app. I use all the loyalty cards on my watch, I use it for entry to my gym and now I’m back to a plastic card or bringing my phone with me. Severe downgrade!If there’s no Apple watch app, I have no reason to use Klarna. Thanks for ruining a good thing.

The app is not working properly, trying to open any site/shop wil just freeze
