Klarna | Pay your way

cards have moved from stocard to klarna... i really liked the widget feature that opened my cards quickly. please add it to klarna so i can access my favourite cards quicker! Thanks

Was originally a Stocard user - Yesterday that was great 10/10 would’ve rated it 5 stars. I appreciate things get updated and changes are made. What I don’t appreciate was being dumped with needing to download a new app immediately when I was trying to use a card in store this morning. Give us a change over period or even some warning would’ve been nice.. Thanks. PS, when will I get the ability to set the pictures for displaying my cards in the wallet back? The obnoxious blue with white lettering just isn’t as convenient as being able to upload different coloured logos for council cards etc. Feel free to add the ability to connect cards to Apple Wallet as a consolation prize. 😅 Please and thank yoooou! ❤️ Thank you for your response.. however I tried to give feedback directly before writing a review, and was met by a web link “this page no longer exists” error and a roundabout response from the AI assistant that didn’t get me anywhere. I’m familiar with iOS development, I assume as a development team you will be beating your head against a brick wall with these reviews because you don’t get to decide to prioritise them.. But as much as I would love to copy and paste this to another feedback channel for you.. It’s seemingly impossible to do so, even when having an agent added to the conversation, I am unable to type anything in the text bar. 💔

Stocard was better

Migrated my loyalty cards from the Stocard app which was great, Klarna is a “buy now pay later” app which I have no interest in. It no longer has a widget for handy access to loyalty cards …which was the whole point of having the Stocard app.

I was forced to move from Stocard to this app. I used Stocard often as it was conveniently on my Apple Watch but Karlani isn’t. Will be looking around for another alternative now.

Pretty obvious but when buying a company that has great functionality and user focused and then you don’t maintain at least some of the basics… pretty lame tbh

I just want an app to store my store cards, not a shopping app. It doesn’t even have Widgets. I’ll be looking for something else.

Used Storecard for many many years and it was great, today it forced me to move to Klarna, which is a massive downgrade! If you are going to force users to migrate, at least have the same functionality in the new app.. widgets!!! I’ll look for an alternative better solution now instead

Stocard had widgets and made it easy to use the app in the supermarket, but Klarna does no longer have widgets. Therefore, a big decline in user friendliness, especially when you don’t need the unnecessary payment options.

Can’t add custom pictures to loyalty cards as not every card is known by Klarna. Moved from Stocard, turns out was a downgrade…
