I would never use this company again I bought a Christmas jumper. It was supposed to have arrived on the 17th December. Unfortunately it arrived very very late past Christmas. It was then in the sale. I contacted them and they said give it a family member or a friend. I explained again it was far too late to use for Christmas. Asked would they consider letting me have it for sale price. The answer was no. They said that they would deduct 2 usd off the bill. Rather than me return it. I said that was unacceptable. Then they said 4 usd. I said no thanks sbd would be returning it. I packaged up the item and returned to the address on the parcel. Sent it recorddd delivery and obtained proof of purchase. They since informed me that was the wrong address. Too late I had sent it. Now I keep getting a bill fir the jumper. Despite several emails to them explaining his situation. I am also being charged interest of the amount owed!!! Would never use this company again

I'm writing this review from my heart, Klarna helped me with a lot of purchases, and I'm under a limited income class, an employee who suffered and struggled to buy all that I and family needed in full, I'm totally against paying any interest and find the concept of paying any interest is unfair from any lender or any entity Klarna, appeared by good luck while I was trying to buy a product which is really hard to pay it in full in the same time, but with 3 free time interest payments which are offered by Klarna I was able to plan and fix a budget for all my needs Thank you Klarna Thank you Klarna Thank you Klarna

I’ve been using Klarna for almost 2 years while purchasing pretty expensive items to build a recording studio. Without Klarna letting me spread the cost over 3 months I would not have been able to purchase a lot of the products I needed. Klarna is phenomenal

Not sure why but for a while I’ve been struggling with logging in, I don’t even have the option to do it in the app, it’s very frustrating

The love I have for this app is so deep and layered. It has saved me from the brink of ending it all more times than I could count. I hope the creators of this app have the happiest most beautiful life’s ever. I love you so much, words cannot begin to describe you

I love using Klarna as it’s easy, convenient and I have a lot of brands/stores to chose from. These days this is my first one-stop for shopping

Frustrating talking to them and their support is so poor

It's like having credit that you didn't have and not having to worry about interest.

For the past couple months my payments haven’t been going through although I have enough money. I tried paying it off but it wasn’t working either. I contacted Klarna and they told me to pay directly from my bank which I did, however they sent the money back and told me to try and pay through the app again. I have tried using Klarna when shopping recently and it does not work at all.
