My app is up to date and I can’t even use it on my amazon purchase. It doesn’t show the option to pay with klarna.

What is the purpose of this app? To split the payments in four making it easier for customers to instead of paying in full for something upfront, they can have the opportunity to pay less but continually, but if the app reformulate the pay for you to pay 80% of the purchase upfront and split the rest what is the point of even using this app? Might as well pay in full for the purchase.. it’s just stupid! It doesn’t make any sense of use to facilitate payments when in reality it’s not for you to pay in four payments, it’s actually for them to decide how much you will pay when you are closing the purchase! Useless app

I’ve been dealing with these people for five days now. I purchased something and on my last payment with them and 2 days after my 3rd payment that I’m always on time for they put a hold on my account for an amount I do not owe them! They first told me it my bank that holding it and not them so I go to my bank and there like nope Klarna is holding the funds in your account. Message the customer chat for two days spoke and had to prove all my payments which with screen shots which don’t you think you have that information already oh wait your trying to put it on me and then I spoke to another person over email and then dead silents for the last two days. I have asked many times for a number to actually speak to someone the one number they gave told me they don’t take calls and when asked again I get silence. What they have doing is wrong and they just expect you to wait 1-8 business for the hold to come off or wait for the money to come out of my account! They won’t fix it when its there screw up and now its costing me money as bills are getting bounced and they just expected you to pay for the FEEs!!! I will never use this company again and I will be telling everybody never to use this company!

I love the fact of making payments and your not paying all of it upfront

I use this company to purchase something from Walmart and I wanted to pay in quarters. However they took the whole amount of money from me instead of taking in quarters and they said oh that’s what I chose and later on a month later they charge my credit card again for the same amount of money and saying oh it was a technical glitch, returning your money back to you but it takes 10 business days however this does not help me because my money would be holding 10 days and I could not use that money for 10 days and all they can do about it is to be sorry, this is a horrible company is still your time still your money and it’s not worth it.

They charged my account twice for a single order. For no reason… I will recommend you don’t use this

I’m not rating higher because they show shops in Canada yet you can’t select klarna as a payment. Even while shopping through the app. It’s annoying.
