De Knaek app is een absolute aanrader voor studenten. Veel leuke kortingen en makkelijk te gebruiken! Dankzij Knaek heb ik al flink kunnen besparen.

Ik kan niet inloggen in de app als nieuwe gebruiker
ID werkt niet
Bij carrière beurs een unieke Kneak-ID gekregen, maar als je op volgende klikt gebeurd er niks.
App doet het ineens niet meer
Ik zat bij een restaurant waar ik vaak naar toe ga voor de korting, doet ineens de app het niet meer en volle mep betalen. App werkt nu nog steeds niet bij mij.
Slechte app
Ik heb mijn abonnement opgezegd in de opzegtermijn maar ik krijg nog steeds een mail dat ik nog moet betalen het afgelopen jaar.
Slechte customer service
> Niet waard om de app te downloaden > Rommelige administratie bij Knaek waardoor je onterechte abbonomentkosten “moet” betalen > telefoonnummer wordt direct doorgeschakeld naar een automatisch bericht om contact op te nemen per mail > mailtjes worden niet op een normale wijze behandeld of genegeerd > diverse klanten die klagen over de slechte klantenservice via de social media kanalen maar die worden verwijderd ipv contact op te nemen met de klant
