Hi
I open one new bank account with your bank but now i am trying to activate de app the app request bank account number after pass number.
The problem is that i put the pass number correctly 4 times and the don’t work say that to check my bank account or the pass number. I cant continue because of pass number.

Can’t activate the app
Ever since I got the e.dentifier, I’ve tried to activate my app, without success. I follow the steps, but when I get to the “log in “ in the e.dentifier step, appear in my cel phone screen an error message. I even tried to do it in the website, bit when they ask for the code in the e.dentifier, the website says that the password is incorrect.
I bet the support already knows this problem, so please, solve it ASAP. We need to know what’s going on with our account. I just got here in NL and frankly, I wasn’t expecting this kind of problem.
Crashes everytime
Tried with an iPhone and ipad but crashes both when clicking log in
