I have uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times because once you closed it out, your stuck back on the sign up page. I’ve seen multiple reviews reporting this yet nothing has been done. Why is the mobile app broken?

I have uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times because once you closed it out, your stuck back on the sign up page. I’ve seen multiple reviews reporting this yet nothing has been done. Why is the mobile app broken?
I’m such a big fan of KOCOWA content and believe that they have one of the best content libraries for Korean titles. That said, I’ve been dealing with app issues for a month now where I have to keep deleting and redownloading the app. It seems like it’s a common problem for a lot of users and should have been addressed by this point. We would love to just watch shows normally and take advantage of our subscriptions!!
The appbus suddenly not working anymore. When I open it, it is stuck in the signup screen. I have to delete and redownload to be able to use it. If I close the app it’s stuck again so I constantly have to download it. I opened a ticket one month ago but not even an email about the issue. Seems like kocowa does not care for their customers. I will be canceling my subscription as this app is worthless.
I enjoy Kokowa as part of my add-on subscription to Amazon Prime Video. No technical or translation problems so far. My only requests are that you increase your variety show choices (dating and Kpop idol competitions in particular) as I do not enjoy watching dramas as a rule. Also, if possible, if you can add the Chinese version of Heart Signals, that would be greatly appreciated!
It keeps kicking me out on all devices. I try to sign in but it keeps taking me to the sign up page. I sign in over and over and over gain on all devices but it doesn’t work. I was able to log in using the website but it had the shows locked like if I don’t have an active subscription. Which I do, I just canceled it because I am tired of the app not working
After they updated the app a couple of days ago, the subtitles no longer work. I can’t turn them onto English. The only option is off.
Do I really have to re download every time I use app?
Ever since the Nov/Dec 2024 update, I have had to uninstall and redownload the app multiple times a day to be able to login and watch content. It keeps sending me to the sign up page with a never ending/changing loading screen every time I go to open the app. I am a paid premium member, my account and subscription is still active as I’m still able to login online via browser. I used to be able to remained logged in for a long time. I have reached out to Kocowa support but still haven’t received any response back to fix this issue. Both my phone iOS and Kocowa app are updated to the latest version.
Every day, multiple times a day, the app logs me out, and I can’t get back in without deleting and reinstalling it. I love this app but it’s honestly a real bother to constantly go through.
i’m glad playing into the next episode is fixed but what’s with the too many user or whatever that pops up when i tried to replayed a episode. ppl that pays the monthly subscription shouldn’t be going thru these types of issues. please fix it!!
