App is unusable if logging in through ondemandkorea
Through both the iPhone and Apple TV app it is impossible to log in using your ondemandkorea premium account. Until this is fixed, this app is worthless.

Sometimes when I return to episode I was watching KOCOWA does not bring me back to where I left off. So frustrating
Literally. I had the basic subscription and every time I tried to play a video, it brought me to the sign up page and asked me to subscribe. Again and again. I was already subscribed. I upgraded to the next tier just to see if it would work then. It doesn't. I wasted $15 for absolutely nothing. Edit: After reading the reviews, I see that the same thing happened to another user (Bebe64) SIX YEARS AGO. And the developer response was "it takes days and months to fix". Well, it's been SIX YEARS. So what gives?
I really love kdramas, and I specifically downloaded this app to watch a couple. But why is almost every show I come across only two episodes while the rest need to be paid for? It ruins my experience, and i’m sure it ruins many others who aren’t old enough to pay themselves. I would definitely appreciate it if you made atleast some kdramas all for free, while a small amount of them are for subscription.
Even with a full annual subscription, this app will always ask for sign on credentials. Surely, if you are paid subscriber, you should be allowed to watch videos. None of the other apps require constant sign on prompts.
I really enjoy the app a lot. I can stream all of my favorites k dramas, and variety shows. I can stream it on the go, on my phone, and table. There’s only one problem when trying to cast it to a smart tv, it won’t appear and it won’t let me cast it to the tv, or airplay it. When opening the kocowa app in the tv, there is not where to find a sign in bottom, so that I can sign in directly from my tv. Hopefully one day, the issue will be gone.
Not sure what they did, but after the “bug fix” update, I haven’t been able to log in because the social login has gone. I am a paid member and this is unacceptable. It seems like they don’t even recognize this issue. It’s been around for over 10 hours now
I just recently had a problem logging into the app on my iPhone.
I suddenly can't log in even though it was working fine before. There's also nowhere to get help. What should I do? There's nowhere to contact when problems arise, and no phone number is provided. The service is absolutely terrible.
2024.5.14 Update: the App stopped working. It doesn’t allow signing in. And please allow the App to “fill the screen”. Thanks
