The koi app has had an issue logging in for the past 3 weeks. Wrote in to ask for a fix but haven’t heard back at all

when i want to order via mobile order to the nearest outlets, sometimes the app do not even show the outlet i want to buy from so i have to go down to the outlet and order. 100% defeats the purpose of conveniently ordering from phone to collect and wastes time.

App crashes midway through order. It’s as though the developer just wanna submit this assignment and tick this off his checklist without ensuring it works

app is generally okay no big issues except that multiple times when trying to redeem vouchers an error will pop up saying its not applicable. Esp when its clear that my order shows that it follows tnc? Have to go down to the actual store to use the voucher instead and its so much more troublesome when i can usually mobile order.

I keep getting “something went wrong” message and lost any record of my past purchase

The estimated waiting time listed in the app itself was NEVER accurate. Estimated waiting time was always 5mins and I have been waiting for more than 30mins, if you cant make it accurate, don’t release such features.

You can perform a mobile order thru the app with bad flaws: 1. The order email from Koi always goes into your spam box. Need to look for it. 2. The app doesn’t record your purchase so you are not 100% sure the store has your order. 3. Your mobile order is put into the mobile delivery queue (Grab, Foodpanda). Which means your order number is not posted on the store’s electronic signboard so you have to check personally if the order is ready.

App hang when ordering more than 2 drinks on the app, unable to add the third order onwards

So inconvenient that this is being removed from the app
