Request timeout

After the update, not able to log in. Keep receiving “request timeout” error msg

Rewards cannot be claimed via app

Saves time but logs me out of my account.

Can order but cannot top-up

Everything works great except for when I’m trying to top-up money into the card. Have to go down to an outlet to manually top-up the card which really defeats the purpose of Order & Pick-up. Hope this can be fixed soon.

Every time i want order from app it shown all pickup location is closed:( blady and it doesn’t saw the drink ready u have to agar agar guess what time done last time I wait for more than 30min I saw other people order from the machine gets the drinks:( worst experience

Always showing outlet closed

As the title stated, the order & pick up function is not useful. Always showing outlet closed , or the stores don’t show if it’s opened or not.

Useless!

All walk in got their drinks first and we have to wait for 30 mins to get ours!! No system! No point of having this app!

Why no grass jelly option. Everytime have to go counter order. Stupid
