Lot of issues

I first tried one rental and it never unlock well the bike, then I was able to unlock two other then used for 48 minutes and then was no able to close the rental and still running after 9 hour despite I raised ticked as per the procedure indicate in the app, no answer from support neither a way to follow up or call for support

App took a while to figure out - had trouble unlocking and locking. Made you type in all info nothing defaulted from your phone. Annoying!

Absolutely terrible app. It charged me $20 for misplacing a bike even though I parked it EXACTLY where I was supposed to, and then customer service ignored me.

Did not stop charging even after return was made!

Did not respond to multiple attempts to reach via their own “contact us” option. Had to deny the charges via my credit card! How shameful.

Charged when bike was returned

I was charged nearly $50 for a rental after I returned the bike. The next day I drove back (25 miles) to check on the bike to discover it was all locked up. Have sent multiple messages reporting the issue it’s been 6 days and I haven’t heard from anyone. Really poor service and has proven expensive. Would not recommend

TROUBLE WITH LOCK, POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I was using one of their bikes at a park and i had to scan the QR code for the bike to unlock so I could ride it. Like Citi bikes, they charge you for how long you ride it. So i rode it for 50 minutes and tried returning it. To end the ride session on the app, the bike has to be locked and you have to pull some lever down. i kept slamming the lever down as hard as i could and it just kept going back up after I release it and the bike was not locking. i called the support number and they said they will email someone to end it for me and that they will resolve the issue. So i went home. Its the next day now and I look on the app and the timer of how long i “used” it is still ticking and is currently at 23 hours right now when i’ve only used it for 50 minutes. And it is currently charging me for the 23 hours. My price amount currently shows up as nearly $50 when it should only be $2 or less, and the price amount will keep growing because the problem is not fixed. I’m worried that customer support will not get back to me and the price will be a couple hundred dollars. Completely frustrating. I keep calling back customer support but no one is answering. I’ve left a voicemail and am still waiting for a call back. Terrible customer support. Terrible locking system. If there is no one to physically help or be present for anyone who uses these bikes, there should be someone easily reachable via phone. Not happy with this, don’t think i’ll ever use this again.

This is the 3rd time in 6 months we’ve been here to experience rusty bikes with flat tires. Never again.
