I rented bike on May 29th in Plainfield. When I returned it, I couldn’t lock it, because of the Internet connection. I talk to people in the recreational centre, that Bike is here, and I cannot lock it. They promised to me to take care of the bike and give me back any overcharges. The app overcharged me $99.30. Now it is almost middle of July, and I still don’t have my money back.

Plainfield, near oasis, diner for bikes, charge double time rode bikes for less than 40 minutes could not lock the bikes had to call to have the bikes manually locked had to stand out in the pouring rain to read bike numbers off to Plainfield perks employee to have them manually locked. Rode the bikes for less than 40 minutes was charged. Double will not be renting bikes again terrible experience.

Tried multiple times to authenticate and I am caught in an authentication cycle to verify my email address but before it can accept the “change” it needs to send me a link and round and round go without it ever saving my email address. My phone number authentication was fine BUT I cannot recreate a user name and therefore I cannot log in to rent a bike?!

This concept is bad. Please shut down your company. The bikes at this location have an extra chain so nobody can ride them.

I tried to rent a bike in Morristown NJ: (1) I could not unlock the bike and (2) I could not end the rental to the bike in question. I sent two issues regarding same. I received boilerplate emails that they’ll “be in touch soon with a resolution.” Let’s hope so. I was looking forward to riding but was unable to do so. Maybe I’ll try again some other time.

Paid for a rental. Bike wouldn’t unlock. Nice

Works really well in our little town. Only about 6 miles one end to the other and having these available is fantastic.

My niece and I were going to the park. She took her bike but I didn’t have one. Found the bike rental! We had so much fun!

Used this app to rent a bike in Bellevue, IA. It was easy and it worked. Glad someone made it.
