Why, in this day and age, is this device not supported? Kapture, sort it out please.

Have new iPhone 13 and the app downloaded but every time you go into app it says cannot connect not supported won’t buy this brand again and you put nickname in all taken

Why it cannot support on any device ?

Box and booklet both indicate that it is OS compatible but I get a message saying ‘device not supported’. Also model number I purchased not listed in App devices list. And power cable is 30cm too short for my vehicle if I wanted it neat.

Works well with my iPhone8 plus, iOS 16. However, it would be great if the app can list recoded videos from latest one, not from oldest.

Bought KPT 1022, got excited, installed it and now it’s time to use app. But it says app not supported with iPhone 11.

Wouldn’t connect. Need upgrades

I have an iPhone 14 and I keep getting the device not supported message…unbelievable! Proves you get what you pay for :(

App does not connect to phone. Absolute wasted time and frustrated I not only spent hours installing the camera. I now need to spend this time to uninstall the camera. Do not buy and do not use this device. Hate these horrific people who continue to sell a product that clearly falsely advertises.

This company need to seriously pull their heads in and make this app work for all the iOS devices it claims it can work on. Didn’t work on my old 6s and I stil get the same message of “this device is unsupported” on my new SE3. Pull you fingers out KPT and fix this ASAP. Would not recommend this brand of dash cam to anyone.
