Nice looking camera but app doesn’t connect to iPhone With the technology we have today and we can’t get the basic app to connect to iPhone not happy about it if I’m honest

This app isn’t compatible with any iPhones running iOS from this decade.

The unit is hard to use and very hard to get files from via the app to put it nicely a pile of manure!

The 1024 device and app is absolute garbage. Waste of money.

Using with the 1024 model. Firstly I am definitely connected to the units internal wifi. Open the app and I dislike that it defaults to the model at the top of the list, I’d like if there was a setting where you could save your model so you don’t have to select it each time (especially when it was new or was hard to remember). Secondly, when I go into the “preview” section all I have is a black screen, so there is no preview if I want to snap photos from my phone while I’m a passenger. This should have a live feeding its a “preview” Third, transferring photos and videos to mobile is SLOW. You have to be connected to the unit the whole time and since the thumbnails are small it’s hard to tell which ones you might need and probably select too many either side of an incident. My other complaints are with the unit itself rather than the app, but I wouldn’t buy this if I had a choice (it was a gift).

This app along with the dash cam is absolute garbage. Only 3 month into using the app and dash cam it stopped working having issues with voice with the app not working unless I turn off mobile data and even then takes a good 3 minutes to connect and even more time to access video. The only reason I gave it a one star is because I can’t go 0 stars.

Why, in this day and age, is this device not supported? Kapture, sort it out please.

Have new iPhone 13 and the app downloaded but every time you go into app it says cannot connect not supported won’t buy this brand again and you put nickname in all taken

Why it cannot support on any device ?

Box and booklet both indicate that it is OS compatible but I get a message saying ‘device not supported’. Also model number I purchased not listed in App devices list. And power cable is 30cm too short for my vehicle if I wanted it neat.
