The app is a piece of trash. The programs don’t automatically change to the set speed at the beginning. Also, many runs were not synced back to my app. It only syncs if you connect the mobile app WHILE walking. If you connect after, there is no transfer of data later. Simple functionality that a $900 machine cannot deliver. My blood pressure monitor and smart weighing scale can do much better for so much less money.

After update I can’t connect to my walking pad. Before update is working well. Not can’t connect

I don’t know what’s the point of an app if it can’t even connect to my treadmill to capture the data. Really need to buck up.

I am using the Kingsmith K12 treadmill, every time I pause the app there is no continue, the app will just re-start from the start, please fix this

It caused my phone to freeze for a good 3mins. And my run wasn’t even logged. What is this nonsense? Please fix the app!!

The KS Fit app will not push data to the health app, so data will no be displayed in health app.

Data do not sync with the app. Run 30 mins but only 3 mins recorded. Fix the bug and test first before release.

Can’t even register. Just keeps saying “password format is wrong” when I’ve not even entered my password. Nothing happens even after I’ve entered my email address and password.

I thought the latest update (on the third week of July 2021) could finally make the app work well. I was wrong. This time the update gave me the worst problem ever. First, the calories burned remained at 0 throughout my run. Then, at around the 20-min mark, at a speed of 9 km/h, the treadmill suddenly stopped. I could have been injured! Then it went crazy and started on its own. Then stopped on its own. And started and stopped and started and stopped all on its own. Same thing happened when I turned the treadmill off and turned it on again. Alternated between start and stop on its own. Then, I restarted the machine, this time with the app disconnected and closed, and used the remote control. My R1 worked wonderfully (WITH THE REMOTE, WITHOUT THE APP) for another 30 minutes. The app is very terrible — caused a good treadmill to malfunction and can potentially cause injuries. The developer needs to relook the entire app. —————————————— App stopped tracking the distance of my runs after a while. At times the app will also freeze.

The app just hang and all my record is gone. This is not the 1st time the app hang already. Please do something about it.
