The app is quite handy for operating the treadmill but don’t allow it to use the health data or install on the Apple Watch. It somehow put my exercise data to 3000 minutes in one 24 hours and 1800 in another, as well as running the battery on my watch flat. Looks like this bug was raised a year ago so disappointing that the manufacturer hasn’t fixed it.

After using the walking pad, the app continues to feed data into the health app and it completely screws my data in apple fitness. Massive bug which needs to be fixed. Every day I have to manually delete all my health data so it now becomes impossible to track my activity.

The app constantly forgets that you’ve already done the orientation. To make it worse, the orientation asks you to increase the speed to 4km/h but prevents you from increasing to 3km/h, rendering the app completely useless.

Hi Why does the treadmill stop a session when paused for a few seconds? This is really frustrating.

This is the most useless app ever. Fail to connect despite following each step one by one. There is no option to enable location permissions on iPhone. Such a bad experience overall

It always disconnects while using the treadmill, it’s very annoying and disturbs the whole experience

The app was ok and was ok as was logging steps to iOS etc but since the last iOS update the app now just hangs.

It doesn’t seem to record weight and height changes, before last update the entire area was inaccessible, not it allows access but not updates

It stopped syncing with the Apple Health app after the last update.

It’s a little better to use as the remote fails pretty quickly after you’ve brought the treadmill, however the advice on recalibration seems to have gone completely. Sometimes doesn’t want to connect to the device/treadmill
