I'm using iPhone 13 and I've tried multiple times to login but every time it's throwing errors..."something went wrong" updated app but unable to use...

Since when I took subscription,not even single time I could sign in app to use it.Everytime it’s giving error like”sorry something went wrong”

After paying for a membership, I noticed that almost all stories require additional coins to unlock, and there seems to be a lack of consistency in how these are priced. It's frustrating and feels unfair. I believe Kuku FM should establish a clear and uniform policy regarding access and pricing, ensuring that users are not unnecessarily charged or forced to pay extra to continue enjoying their favorite stories. Furthermore, I accidentally played an episode, and despite using the option to remove it from my history, it keeps reappearing every time I open the app. This glitch is quite inconvenient, and I believe it detracts from the user experience. It would be greatly appreciated if your team could look into this issue and provide a solution to ensure that the history removal feature works as intended. Says serialization issue.

They updted the audio to new version as vip and now the stories cannot played,if you the are subscriber too.you just wanted pay extra to unlock vip and to watch the balance episodes.A big big scam

Among all the other apps, you pay for subscription, you pay for coins to listen on subscription. They just loot you. Also the payments are never processed on time. Worst customer support always takes too long to solve. I would rather go for other apps than this.
