When I tried my login with my mobile number it shows all the services is blocked by kuku fm , i have subscribed for one year . I can’t access to login . You should give my money back . When I tried to contact to your customer service there is no option for that. This is really unfair. A very bad application you created. I recommend do not trust these apps . Waste of money

I’m living in UAE . I’m using it past 2 months as a premium member. Even though I’m not able to listen most of the good books . It’s showing unable to use in my region. Wtf is this ? Purchased this app as Dhruv Rathi recommended it. He should feel ashamed of himself before recommending such a poor app. One of the poorest quality app. Downloaded content will not stay to use offline. Even after purchasing premium, app will keep on asking to purchase the same to access content. No support. Raised issue by emailing them…. It’s been a months … no reply. 😔😔.
