It is impossible to cancel your subscription , there will be no reply from customer service. I have repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription, nobody is getting back to me, and now I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I had 5 sessions, then the program stopped releasing the sessions. I’m glad I was on the 7 day free trial and was able to cancel before being charged. I think once they get the bugs out of this program, it’ll be great. The voice is very soothing. Until then, I’m out and going to look for another program.
Be careful it is a scam I paid for 3 month and I can’t access the app it’s not working no reply it’s really a fraud be careful
I signed up for one month, but mistakenly entered my email incorrectly. I have tried countless times to try to correct the mistake, but no one is getting back to me! Now I think my credit card will be charged monthly and I can’t even access the app at all! I don’t want to be charged for something I can’t use! Very, very upset!
Ad said there was a 6month plan though when you answer all the questions and are asked to pay it only offers one month or one year.
Keep charging my card with Zero way to cancel I can’t even delete the account it doesn’t show up as a subscription yet they keep charging me, also tell me the only way to contact them is through their email which they infrequently reply and it’s always from a different person asking the same information but not going anywhere with closing my account and sometimes I get emails from the keto app and not even the Kure app. Although they are friendly in the way they communicate, they ultimately just seem to be giving me the runaround enough to have to charge me another month and another month and another month…
The sessions put me to sleep right away so kudos to that. But nothing about my weight loss journey has changed since using this. Same old challenges and food cravings. I want to cancel the subscription but no way to do this! No option in the App, not in App Store or my Apple account. Contacted customer service but received no response at all. ☹️
It ended too abruptly without bringing me back to an alert state. I didn’t like how it ended.
I notified Kure that the App was not working properly, followed what they told me to do and it still does not work.
