Keep charging my card with Zero way to cancel I can’t even delete the account it doesn’t show up as a subscription yet they keep charging me, also tell me the only way to contact them is through their email which they infrequently reply and it’s always from a different person asking the same information but not going anywhere with closing my account and sometimes I get emails from the keto app and not even the Kure app. Although they are friendly in the way they communicate, they ultimately just seem to be giving me the runaround enough to have to charge me another month and another month and another month…
Didn’t work and troublesome to cancel subscription
The sessions put me to sleep right away so kudos to that. But nothing about my weight loss journey has changed since using this. Same old challenges and food cravings. I want to cancel the subscription but no way to do this! No option in the App, not in App Store or my Apple account. Contacted customer service but received no response at all. ☹️
First session
It ended too abruptly without bringing me back to an alert state. I didn’t like how it ended.
App does not work
I notified Kure that the App was not working properly, followed what they told me to do and it still does not work.
App Not Recognizing Purchase
I purchased from a FB Ad, received email confirmation that instructed me to download app and sign up using the same email. I did, but the app did not recognize my purchase. I contacted their support and after days of back and forth I was told developers would have to implement a fix. Two days ago, I asked for a refund since I hadn’t heard from anyone but no one responded. Moral of the story, don’t trust FB ADs. Just be fat and happy, and keep your money.
Seems to be the same with everyone SCAM
I debated between this app and several others, finally decided this was the one! So excited I paid for 3 months!!! Got all of the extras I purchased, then downloaded the app and tried to log in! Nothing! Invalid credentials, tried forgot password - no account found. Sent an email and got a response telling me how to login… ummm seriously read the emails sent to you, I knew how to log in and it didn’t work. So I tried setting up a new account as the last option, answered all of the questions, got to the end wasted 15 minutes to be told by the app, an account is already on file. I sent an email and have yet to receive a response.
You all need to stop advertising until you figure out what’s going on with the app and set up connection.
This is a complete rip off
There is no way to reach anyone to cancel this. It’s just the same short program they expect you to do over and over again. It’s so difficult to reach anybody which makes it a complete scam that you can’t stop it and they’re just gonna keep billing you.
Canceled subscription, still was charged.
I canceled my subscription during free trial , and received cancellation confirmation, but still was charged after trial ended. Emailed to the contact us team.No answer.
Cannot access my account
I signed up online then down loaded the app. I tried to log in with the password I created online but received an error stating no account found. So I attempted to create an account on the app and received an error stating there was an account already. I attempted to change the password and got an error again stating no account found. I emailed them on September 29. I received a response from Tina: At the moment, I cannot fully address your inquiry. I will transfer your request to one of our senior specialists. We will get back to you as soon as we have an update.

After not receiving any further responses I emailed again following up on October 5. It is now October 9th and I still have not gotten assistance to sign in. They took my payment for the app but have not helped me get access for what I paid.
