I already subscribed yearly plan Rm599, why still I saw the plan is free ?
variant product
its a perfect pos system if you can add each product have their variant item. for example 1 product with different color code. so customer can choose which one to order.
Why no have simplified Chinese language version?
I use so long and notice the apps until now still not upgrade to have a simplified Chinese language version in apps for us to friendly use. 😭😭😭
Great App for small business
Love this App. It helps to track my inventory and sales. And even it support online system. The only thing is that, i does not have a function such as “add on” to set up options to make item customize. Hopefully developer can add on this function.
Subscribe to Pro, but still dont manage to get the Pro subscription
Hi. I already subscribe to Pro but my current plan is still Free. I subscribe on 6th November 2022. But i cant use all the Pro functions like print receipts & stuff. Can someone help me? The apps is great my im losing my money for one month.
Apps didn't upgrade after subscription, helpdesk too slow to reply
Has been a month subscribe to PRO but apps still run FREE plan. When I report to the chat guy, the reply is too slow, take days. Poor customer service, and product isn't reliable regarding subscription. Please reply my chat.

Great software, can I make some suggestions? Just put 2 prices in the software, one for retail and one for wholesale, so that I don't need to change the price repeatedly
