LA Metro Transit Watch Reviews

Frequently hanging-up and tracking stopped

riverrobles on

I love the service and it is also free! I am just experiencing frequent hang-ups of this app. Also on the reports, it stopped recording all my complaints and feedback last April 24, and until today I can use the app and give feedbacks but I can’t see the report anymore , from there you can see the case number.

Useless

letterboxdispoison on

United States

The uvalde shooting is as useless as this: This cops, authorities won’t sacrifice their lives for some strangers. By the time you type your name, number of the bus, location and type your comment you are already dead.

Why the low rates

losT_Andy on

United States

Why are you guys giving so much low rates? We almost had an incident at my car

Useless

Walltar on

Yet another useless Metro distraction from doing the actual work necessary to solve rider conditions. At least it gives you something to focus on while the guy across the isle from you is screaming his head off about wanting to kill everyone on board.

Aftet downloading, when you enter the app it doesn't seem to show!

I assume that it may be just an error.

An app won’t fix systematic inaction from Metro

Jermination on

United States

Glad Metro created this app, but it fixes nothing when Metro refuses to act. My advise would be to start responding when people report fights on the train, when people report passengers smoking crack pipes on the train, etc.

Dark Mode your app.

Server errors

Swan swan swan on

Every time I try to report something on the train, the app has a server error. If I get lucky, I get through after many tries. The layout and usability of the reporting is intuitive otherwise. I’m not sure whether there is a way to be logged in so you wouldn’t have to fill in your personal info each time?

Metro doesn’t care; you’re on your own

ms. cranky on

United States

I’ve reported incidents using this app twice, once when a man cornered me on a train and grabbed my inner thigh, and once on a bus when a man was loudly describing violently raping and mutilating a woman and the bus driver wouldn’t do anything about it. I’m both cases, reporting using this app was useless. They basically said “sorry you had an unpleasant experience” and asked if I wanted to file a police report. The first time, when I was groped, I did file a report and it was a complete waste of time. The police don’t care, Metro doesn’t care, and if you’re unlucky enough to be a woman who rides public transportation, you’re on your own. Enjoy all the verbal abuse, touching, and men showing you their dicks unsolicited, because this app won’t help you.
