Simple and easy to use! If you want to do more complex designs then Canva is a great shout and then import!
DO NOT USE THIS APP!!
Horrible app. Always leaves a huge gap at the top and bottom of my labels. I wasted numerous labels thinking it was me doing something wrong, when in fact there’s something wrong with this app! Labels print fine from my computer via bluetooth, but as soon as I use the app the labels come out messed up. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!

Could an option to create files in my documents be added
Firmware update - printer is now flashing red and won’t feed paper
Updated the firmware. Worked perfectly before. Now won’t feed the paper in. Keeps saying clear jam etc. nothing is jammed. Tried turning off and on etc so frustrating.
Was working great then all of a sudden firmware/software not working
The printer was working fine for around 9 months. All of a sudden, the firmware printer started to not align properly and all we could do is print 1 label at a time and restart it. Now the app doesn’t even show PDF pictures! So it is useless now…they just have pushed a software update that has broken both parts!!
The app just quitted itself and showed all error signs!!!!
It was working ok for the past 2 months. Just now when I usual printed labels, it suddenly stopped working! The app quitted and had all error signs showing. I’m pretty sure it’s not my MacBook nor anything wrong with my end as I used it as usual! It asked me to reopen the app which I did, but the same error happened!!! It’s sooo annoying. The app is so unreliable and rubbish to use!
New update ruined airdrop
I can now no longer open pdf using labellife, I have to manually add it. This is time consuming.
PDF stopped working.
All was fine until 24/9/23 worked like a dream . But now as soon as you enter the label from pdf to print the whole app just vanishes !! So I can’t print any labels at all !!!! Plz undo what ever up date you just done as it ruined the printer.
Poor print quality on the app.
So on the laptop the prints are clean prints but on the app on iPhones etc there’s no options to change the quality so when printing the labels they come out with wobbly lines and not straight and clean. I wish they would add the option on the app to make this possible as I hate getting the laptop out to print when I can do it from my phone or iPad. Also wish they had more fancy fonts
