Label Expert

The last two software updates have been a disaster. Firstly, we lost the ability to be able to crop the labels ourselves, now the quality of the print is so poor, none of the post offices or drop-off shops can read them!!😡 Please, put it back to how it was, as it is causing severe problems!!

I was using this printer to print a picture instead of a label and the picture it shows me on this app using dither looks good but one printed looks completely black. Not sure if this is a printer issue or software issue.

Works great with BY-482BT. Crop is advanced to allow manual selection. Looking forward to see other changes. Suggestions: ability to rename templates, ability to duplicate templates, ability to use iCloud Drive to save templates so work could be done on another device, ability to select font for text.
