I love Lalalab. Amazing gift for any occasion! And the costumer service is outstanding! Once my order was lost and they immediately resent it when I reached out to them, even though my order was paid with a voucher at first place so it didn't cost me anything. They even reached out to me in a couple of days to check if my order reached the addressee. Very nice experience!

I am still waiting for customer service answer for days now since my xmas gift hasnt arrived. It should have been arrived 20th of december and still no answer!

Amazing and easy to use

This app is an amazing idea! I can just send postcards and small gifts for family and friends from the comfort of my home, by only using my phone. The app is super easy to use, but if in case you’ve made a mistake the customer service is quick to reply and assist. I really recommend it ☺️

Order never arrived

Ordered some pics worth of 44€ and neither the package nor the refund came in 5 weeks. Never ordering again. Still waiting for any solution.
