Results are not loading. Keeps crashing each time I try and load my results, some results do appear at all.

I’m not really a fan of downloading an app just to view my lab results. Could you please develop a web app instead?

The app was working pretty well before it was updated. Since the software update, it doesn’t show the latest results that happened after the software update. No matter how many times you refresh it, only the old results appear. To add further confusion, there are two different Lancet apps: this one and another called “2”. The second one doesn’t even allow me to login.

Useless app! No new results available only those from five years ago!

I entered my information in to register and when it came time to verify, the only option was to send a code to a number I don’t recognize and I cant seem to to find any way to change it, it does not give you an option to change the method nor the phone number. This is unacceptable as I need to access my results

I can’t view latest results for my husband just his old results.

A shockingly bad app... does not function properly, poorly designed and basically useless. Don't waste your time...

From my perspective it worked extremely well. My doctor told me about it. I’m so glad he did.

Worst app. Can’t log in. Tried resetting my password and still can’t log in

I am moving my blood requests to another lab as this app is completely hopeless. Getting patient results by a search are almost impossible.
