SCAM SCAM SCAM RUN

I hoped this company would be better than other but act suspicious. It would be better to just put you money in ROTH IRA, or just general stocks at least then you could sell them and know you will get your money. The way you buy property is misleading you can’t actually sell the shares until 100% of the shares have been sold(which doesn’t happen a lot). And then when you use the lend function they tell you “what your money is worth” until you are actually able to sell (after a year) and it magically drops in value once you can sell. This company will do anything to take your money hold it and get a return and give you almost nothing back. I see the reviews and I’m sure this one might go missing.

Invested going on three years ago only made $40. Better than that you can not sell or withdraw assets while it is in IPO. Which for me has been 3 years and still can’t get out of this app.

I’ve invested and have barely gotten any Return on investment. Some months there’s no dividends. 1 property went under renovation shortly after I invested last year. No money has been made on that property. Customer service always gives a runaround on any issue. SCAM site!! “Do not invest!!” It will take me many years to recover my original money, if they even stay in business long enough.

I signed up for this a week ago hoping to invest. I gave them my personal info as part of the signup. After a half sign up process my account has been awaiting verification for over a week now. I reached out to customer service who is useless and won’t help. Don’t sign up to begin with it’s a waste of time

They’re really good at taking your money but they have technical difficulties and excuses when you want to get your money. Feels kinda “ponzi-ish”. Be very careful and don’t put a lot of eggs into this basket.

So my first deposit and first purchase back in March went really well. Now all of a sudden since April, they claim that they've been in the process of changing payment processors. This "possible change" has led to my $70 deposit made in June to not go through. It has has been almost a month since I deposited that $70 and it says it's still processing almost a month later. Their FAQ says it takes 2-5 days (which is a lie). I also invested in 3 more properties and they are all in the processing stage just like my last $70 deposit, but each property says expired. Their FAQ and social media say nothing on expired property investments. You would think they would place the funds back into the spending balance if the property is expired and payment processing expired, but they don't even do that. Some are sayinh they are a scam, but I don't know. Just be careful and hold off on investing with Landa for now, because I know I won't be investing with this app for a while.

I tried to access my acc with funds still in it i get marketing emails from landa but i cant get the code sent to me to sign in, I contacted support and they told me to recover my account i need to submit id for verification wich is not an issue but then they wanted me to set up a video call with the ceo i for get his name but the guy that’s supposed to run it all , that was not biliveable so i gave up just a fair warning to all that come accors this app STAY AWAY ! THESE SCAMMERS ARE BASED OUT OF ATLANTA USA IF I DINT GET MY FUNDS BACK IM GUNNA GO TAKE A TRIP AND SORT THINGS OUT EVEN IF IT TURNS INTO A LEGAL BATTLE I AM TIRED OF SERVICES LIKE THIS WITH FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THEY ARE LITERALLY SCAMMERS I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW WHEN I TAKE A TRIP TO SOME OF THESE PROPERTIES AND TALK TO MANEGEMENT OR ILL BE IN JAIL

It used to work the 1st month I started with 100 then stopped at 400 now that I’m want my money back slowly and now I’m not getting it back……hell I haven’t got my 20 bucks yet and it’s been 2 months and I still haven’t got it so until they’ve got this app fixed and getting the investment fund back to the customer. Or there will be a lawsuit against them if this goes on and they better pay back their costumer’s money in full or X 3 of the amount of what people paid for this

I found this app and wanted to give it a shot, so I deposited $30 into it to invest on a property. When the app updated, my account was cleared of my remaining balance and the property i invested in is not there. Need my money back for that, how can yall just steal money like that????
