Lagi na lang unavailable. I have to refresh and restart it several times before magamit ung app . So much inconvenience
Can’t do anything with this app other than log-in and checking balance. Fund transfer shows error. Paying bills shows error. Customer service doesn’t help with anything. Might as well delete the app if y’all can’t fix this problem.
How to know user id and password? I already forgot it..
-the transactions reflected on the app will have other details aside from debit/credit, the mobile app of other banks shows the recipient and receiver of the trasactions -that the clients can chat the customer service via mobile app -that the automatic reply that the clients received when they had a successful fund transactions will reflect the correct email address of the customer service -that landbank will invest on efficient customer service, emailed you today, it's been 10 hrs and no response yet, tried also Lala but to no avail.
This app is not worth it, Upon logging in it keeps on requiring OTP without even sending one. The process was so delayed even if you start over and over they won’t send you an OTP.
Always na lang unavailable pag fund transfer! Most of the time tlga if may mga online payment diko pa rin nagagamit agad.
When I tried to transfer funds, it will notify “No eligible account” then hovered to “Manage Accounts” clicked to the enrolled third party bank about to transfer but “Source Account”, there’s nothing showing upon clicking, tried multiple times but still nothing showing up. Only that Source Account is the problem because nothing is showing up. Send help
Whenever I try to open the app, it just say that it cannot connect to the telco’s internet connection. I tried using cellular data and wifi, switched phone off and on but to no avail. It’s been days now and it’s causing me too much inconvenience especially that I am in a foreign country. Does the app won’t open it because I’m in a different country?? Just tell it directly!I can’t even call your customer service because yeah, I’m not in the county.
It’s been several days since I last used this mobile app because it always shows that it is unavailable. I’ve emailed multiple times to their customer service but no action was done
